Progress continues at the Valley. The picture on the left is the view of the club house coming up the entrance lane way.
This picture shows the walls being covered up with OSB Board.
This picture shows the OSB board being covered up with an insulating material called DenseGlass Sheathing. Also shown in this picture is the roofing company which started yesterday. Until next time... David

Valley Clubhouse Update Feb 1st 2014
Ted DeCorso came home from the sunny south to inspect the progress of the new clubhouse. Although the freezing cold temperatures were a shock to his system he is please with what he sees. The cold weather has slowed down the construction however they had a good two weeks.
The building is starting to take shape. The metal columns and beams were installed last week and wood framing started this week. Back filling around the foundation continues at a slow place. The fill has to be placed in intervals and compacted to prevent future settling. Back filling with frost chunks or frozen soil in not permitted. This has been a challenge with such cold temperatures because the frost keeps reforming.
